   Depends on where you get it done.
   Some shops have a minimum cost, so you need to pay at least a certain amount, no matter how small your tattoo is; and some shops charge by the hour.

   one thing to know about a tattoo never put anyones name unless its your own on your body, they do not come off with soap and water
